June 2025 — Mumbai, India.
Asia Leaders Summit 2025
India at the Center of Global Innovation
Details
Asia Leaders Summit 2025 brought together more than 150 global leaders to engage in in-depth discussions on IT geopolitics, India’s venture and AI ecosystem, fintech, crypto assets, and capital strategies across Asia. The summit strongly emphasized India’s growing role in shaping global innovation.
A key focus was placed on collaboration between corporations and startups—particularly through Global Capability Centers (GCCs), consumer market strategies, and co-creation models between Japanese companies and Indian startups.
Practical success stories were widely shared, including Captain Fresh’s global expansion, NPCI’s achievements in building India’s fintech infrastructure, and pitches from next-generation startups driving the future of innovation.
Day 2 featured a tech tour visiting IIT Bombay, Deloitte, and NPCI, offering participants firsthand insights into India’s startup and fintech ecosystem.
Day 3 concluded with a Dharavi tour, providing an immersive experience of grassroots entrepreneurship and community-driven industries—highlighting innovation embedded in everyday life and the resilience of local communities.

July 2019 — Bangalore, India

Experiencing India’s Explosive Tech Growth
Details
Asia Leaders Summit 2019 centered on the theme of experiencing India’s rapidly emerging tech ecosystem firsthand and challenging preconceived notions about the country’s innovation landscape.
Day 1 was held at The Leela Palace, a luxury hotel reminiscent of an Indian maharaja’s palace. Set within an authentic Indian atmosphere, the day featured a full conference program and high-level networking sessions. In the evening, participants enjoyed traditional Indian cuisine while deepening their understanding of India’s technology ecosystem, investment environment, and the immense potential of its entrepreneurial talent.
Day 2 included a tech tour visiting leading Indian companies such as InMobi and SAP’s high-tech park, offering direct exposure to the forefront of India’s innovation scene.
Cultural experiences—including yoga sessions, Bollywood dance, and a BBQ gathering—were also incorporated, blending business engagement with local culture.
Day 3 concluded with a winery tour near Bangalore. This unexpected experience highlighted the growth of India’s wine industry and provided participants with a deeper appreciation of the country’s diverse culture and lifestyle.

June 2018— Hong Kong & Shenzhen

Experiencing Innovation at the Heart of Shenzhen
Details
Asia Leaders Summit 2018 was organized with the dual aim of strengthening Asia’s technology ecosystem while driving high performance as an investment platform.
In collaboration with Tencent, a strategic partner and key LP, participants visited Shenzhen, China, to experience firsthand some of the world’s most advanced technologies and innovation environments. As one of the world’s leading technology hubs, Shenzhen offered invaluable insight into China’s rapidly evolving tech landscape.
The summit was designed as a platform for co-creation, where Asia’s technology leaders could learn from one another, exchange perspectives, and build deeper cross-border partnerships through active discussions and engagement.
Once again, Asia Leaders Summit demonstrated its role as a catalyst for economic growth and social impact, reinforcing and elevating the influence of Asia’s technology community.

March 2017— Taipei
Asia Leaders Summit 2017
Connecting Asia’s Next-Generation Leaders
Details
Asia Leaders Summit 2017 was held under the theme “Connecting Leaders in Asia,” as a highly curated, invitation-only conference for emerging leaders, entrepreneurs, and innovators across the region.
Approximately 100 distinguished participants attended, including 40 leaders from Japan and 60 from across Asia—Singapore, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, and beyond.
Day 1 began with a frontier tech tour in Taipei, offering firsthand exposure to Taiwan’s innovation ecosystem and cutting-edge technologies. The tour concluded at Syntrend, a vibrant hub where technology, creativity, and digital lifestyle intersect, fostering dynamic and open exchanges among participants.
Day 2 featured the main ALS conference at Grand View Resort Beitou. Leaders engaged in thoughtful dialogue, exchanged perspectives on innovation and entrepreneurship, and explored opportunities for deeper regional collaboration.
The summit concluded with a sunset reception and dinner at Marshal Zen Garden, followed by a networking dinner at Shin Yeh @101. These refined settings further strengthened connections in an atmosphere of trust and shared purpose.
Asia Leaders Summit 2017 successfully embodied its theme, serving as a platform that connected Asia’s leaders and fostered a trust-based community across borders.

Asia Leaders Summit 2016
Shaping the Future of Entrepreneurship and Investment in Asia
Details
Asia Leaders Summit 2016 brought together 100 leading CEOs, entrepreneurs, and investors from across Asia’s internet and mobile industries.
The summit opened with a welcome dinner hosted by Kauffman Fellows, offering participants the opportunity to build connections with some of the world’s top venture capitalists. The main conference featured high-quality sessions covering a wide range of themes, including Asian unicorn companies, globalization from the perspective of U.S. investors, India as one of the world’s most dynamic markets, fintech and payments, capital inflows from seed to Series B, as well as M&A and strategic alliances. These discussions provided deep insights into Asia’s rapidly growing startup ecosystem and emerging investment opportunities.
Curated networking experiences—such as a sunset cocktail reception at the UNIQUE rooftop bar and a social innovation workshop and tour at Kopernik in Ubud—further strengthened relationships among participants. These experiences also demonstrated how technology can generate sustainable social impact in last-mile communities.
ALS 2016 once again proved itself to be one of the most valuable invitation-only platforms shaping the future of entrepreneurship, investment, and innovation in Asia.

Asia Leaders Summit 2015 brought together leading entrepreneurs, investors, and executives from across Asia and around the world, creating a platform to share insights and strengthen cross-border networks.
Day 1 featured keynote sessions and pitch presentations focused on investment trends, innovation in Asia, and startup growth strategies. Investors discussed the potential of Southeast Asian markets, while startups from Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia presented their business models and market opportunities. Senior executives from major Japanese internet companies also shared their perspectives on regional expansion, investment strategies, and partnerships across Asia.
In the evening, high-level discussions centered on leadership and innovation were followed by a networking dinner, deepening relationships among participants.
Day 2 included an invitation-only yacht cruise around Sentosa Island, providing a relaxed setting for more meaningful personal and business connections.
The summit reinforced the dynamism of Asia’s startup ecosystem and further strengthened the network of next-generation leaders shaping the region’s future.

The inaugural Asia Leaders Summit brought together approximately 100 invited C-level leaders, entrepreneurs, and investors from across Asia. The summit was founded with the goal of building a strong regional community and fostering cross-border collaboration.
The conference featured keynote speeches and discussions on next-generation leadership in Asia, investment trends, and emerging growth opportunities. Innovative startups from Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia also participated in pitch sessions, showcasing their business models and regional ambitions.
Senior executives from leading Japanese internet companies shared insights on Asian expansion, investment strategies, M&A, and partnerships. Global entrepreneurs and investors engaged in discussions on how to build world-class companies from Asia.
As the first edition of the summit, it established a new platform connecting innovators across Asia and marked an important first step in shaping the future of the region’s startup ecosystem.
